1. The rental fee of each inflatable depends on a variety of factors such as the size of the inflatable, demand, etc. Call us and we will be glad to give you an accurate low quote
2. We deliver free of charge to customers with delivery addresses located within a 20 mile radius of South San Francisco, CA. If your deliver address falls outside of our free of charge radius area, we may still accommodate your deliver for an additional small fee.
3. The earlier you reserve the unit, the most likely you will get the unit you wish to have for your event.

5. Generally we do not require a deposit, you may pay with cash, master card, visa card, or debit cards with the master card or visa logo.
6. If your wish to rent it for a longer of period than our general standard length, we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs on a prorated fee basis provided there is no overlapping reservation.
7. We do not deliver in the rain, due to safety issues. We will contact you the morning of your event to discuss a re-scheduling date or other alternatives.
8. Inflatable units generally can be set up in many types of surfaces such as grass, concrete, asphalt, etc.
9. For the standard jumping units a 16’ X 14’ space is generally enough space, and for the slides, a 26’ X 16’ space is required. Don’t forget your vertical clearance, you’ll need an area free of trees, low wires, etc.
10. Our inflatable units are generally new and high quality, but require the supervision of and adult at all times to ensure the safety of the children.
11. Rental times are generally between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, but special arrangements are possible if you need the jumpers past our pick-up time.
12. Set up generally takes from 15 to 30 minutes depending
on the size of the inflatable.
